Filter Option on Product Page

To add a filter option on a product page in WooCommerce, follow these simple steps:

1. Install and Activate WooCommerce

• Go to Plugins → Add New in your WordPress dashboard.
• Search for “WooCommerce”, click Install Now, and then Activate.

2. Install and Activate WooCommerce Product Filter Plugin

• Go to Plugins → Add New.
• Search for Product Filter for WooCommerce or WOOF – Products Filter for WooCommerce (a popular choice).
• Click Install Now and then Activate.

3. Add Product Attributes for Filtering

• Go to Products → Attributes.
• Create attributes like Size, Color, or Brand that you want to filter by.
• Add terms for each attribute (e.g., for “Color”, add terms like “Red”, “Blue”, etc.).

4. Assign Attributes to Products

• Go to Products → All Products.
• Edit a product and scroll down to the Product Data section.
• Under Attributes, add the attributes you’ve created (like size or color) and save.

5. Add Product Filter Widget

• Go to Appearance → Widgets.
• Find the WooCommerce Product Filter widget or WOOF Products Filter widget.
• Drag it to the Sidebar or Shop Page widget area.
• Configure the filter settings (e.g., show filters by price, categories, attributes like size, color, etc.).

6. Display Filters on the Product Page

• Filters will now appear on your shop or product page.
• Customers can filter products by price, categories, attributes (like size or color), or any other filter options you’ve added.

7. Customize with Elementor (Optional)

• If you want to customize the appearance of the filters using Elementor:
  • Go to the product page and click Edit with Elementor.
  • Use the WooCommerce Products or Filter widgets to customize the product page layout and filter placement.

Now, your customers can easily filter products on the product page!
