Add Cash on Delivery Payment

1. Install a Payment Plugin (If using CMS like WordPress or Shopify):

• WordPress (WooCommerce):
  • Go to your WordPress Dashboard.
  • Navigate to WooCommerce > Settings.
  • Click on the Payments tab.
  • Enable Cash on Delivery and click Set up.

• Shopify:
  • Go to your Shopify Admin Panel.
  • Navigate to Settings > Payments.
  • Scroll to the Manual Payments section.
  • Click Add Manual Payment Method and choose Cash on Delivery.

2. Set Terms for COD:

• Define zones or regions where COD will be available.
• Optionally, set conditions like a minimum or maximum order value.

3. Customize Checkout Message:

• Add a message at checkout to inform customers about COD processing (e.g., payment will be collected upon delivery).

4. Test the Payment Method:

• Place a test order using the COD option to ensure it functions properly.

5. Activate for Customers:

• Once everything is set up, activate the payment method and make it available on your site.

This way, your customers can choose Cash on Delivery as a payment option when checking out.
